Por fin llega el día más mágico del año, el día que todos esperamos con ilusión para abrir nuestros regalos, sobre todo, los más pequeños.

Pero eso significa que se acaban las Navidades, y tenemos que volver al cole o a trabajar. Arrancamos nuevo curso laboral. Además habrá que ponerse en marcha con los propósitos de año nuevo. Ir al gimnasio, aprender inglés, quitarnos los kilos de las navidades, ...

Desde aquí os deseo a todos un buen año, y unos buenos regalos.

Hace 6 semanas comenzaba esta serie con la subida del aceite, pero desde entonces ha vuelto a subir más. Uno de los productos básicos de la dieta mediterránea está bajando su consumo, debido a su alto precio. Leía hace poco que la compañía líder del sector del aceite de oliva ha visto caer sus ventas más de un 20% , debido a los precios que los consumidores no pueden permitirse, inclinándose estos últimos por otros tipos de aceite más económicos.

Hoy hablamos del azúcar, otro de los alimentos que han subido de forma desorbitada en los últimos meses. Imagino que es para ayudarnos a comer más sano, y tomar menos dulce, pero la verdad es que me gustaría elegir a mí, lo que como o dejo de comer. Es un alimento básico que seguirá subiendo, como el malestar de los ciudadanos, que ya han visto como se materializa el despilfarro en la traducción en el congreso, para que sus señorías puedan entender lo que dice el resto, gracias a que se lo traducen al castellano.

Por cierto, como ciudadano interesado en lo que dicen los políticos, reivindico que quiero un pinganillo como los suyos para entender lo que dicen cuando salen en la tele, que a mi edad ya no veo bien, y no puedo seguir los subtítulos. Aunque si puedo escoger, me quedo con la charla de Felipe González y Alfonso Guerra, porque lo que dijeron ayer, lo entendí perfectamente. Es la importancia de hablar claro, y en un idioma universal.

Aunque hagamos dietas, está muy bien ser amable con todo el mundo, pero tener en cuenta que eso no forma parte de la dieta. Mejor "saludar" a la comida menos saludable, y comer otra cosa.
