Uno de los productos básicos de la dieta mediterránea está bajando su consumo, debido a su alto precio. Leía hace poco que la compañía líder del sector del aceite de oliva ha visto caer sus ventas más de un 20% , debido a los precios que los consumidores no pueden permitirse, inclinándose estos últimos por otros tipos de aceite más económicos.

I recently read that the leading company in the olive oil sector has seen its sales fall by more than 20%, due to prices that consumers cannot afford, and move towards other, cheaper types of oil.
