Malos tiempos para los ciudadanos, debido al IPC. Estas semanas hemos oído como se disparaban los precios de las frutas de verano. Ya no compramos un melón o una sandía, compramos la mitad, o un cuarto, y como sigamos así pediremos por rodajas, como si fuera merluza.
Ahora llega el verano, las vacaciones, y toca hacer números para ver si podemos ir unos días a la playa, o nos quedamos en el pueblo y nos mojamos en el río, como hacían nuestros padres.

Bad times for citizens, due to the CPI. These weeks we have heard how the prices of summer fruits have skyrocketed. We no longer buy a melon or a watermelon, we buy half, or a quarter, and if we continue like this we will order slices, as if it were hake.
Now summer is here, the holidays, and it's time to do the numbers to see if we can go to the beach for a few days, or stay in the village and get wet in the river, like our parents did.
