Puede que al Señor Presidente le parezca una pérdida de tiempo presentar los presupuestos, pero si hiciera una encuesta, muchos ciudadanos le dirían que muchas gracias por la consideración, pero que el tiempo nos lo hacen perder desde el momento en que abren la boca. Es una lástima que en tiempos cambiantes como los que nos toca vivir, tengamos que ir a contracorriente del resto de Europa, porque nuestros presupuestos pro-pro-prorrrogados (creo que son del año 22), no nos permitan estar a la altura del resto.

Mr. President may think it's a waste of time to present the budget, but if he conducted a survey, many citizens would tell him they thank him very much for his consideration, but that they waste our time from the moment they open their mouths. It's a shame that in changing times like the ones we're living in, we have to go against the grain of the rest of Europe, because our pro-pro-prorogated budgets (I think they're from 2022) don't allow us to keep up with the rest.
