A Bárcenas le da por cantar

Sin duda es el culebrón del verano. Lo que no sabemos es como acabará, pero de momento tenemos capítulos para rato.

No es el primer dibujo que hago sobre el tema, pero tras las últimas manifestaciones del presunto, se me ocurrió esta idea.

No doubt, it is the drama of the summer. We do not know how it will end, but for now we have chapters for a while.

Nos vamos al auditorio

La mayoría de las veces, las auditorías nos pillan con el paso cambiado, y eso es debido a que no hacemos bien los deberes.

Si trabajaramos las auditorías de forma diaria, y tuvieramos todo en orden, el momento elegido para pasar una auditoría, nos daría igual.

No se pueden dejar las cosas para el último día, porque entonces será tarde.

Most times, we are not in a good postition with audits, and that is because we do not do homework.
If we worked audits daily, and had everything in order, the timing of passing an audit, we would not care. 
You can not leave things to the last day, because then it will be late.

Hoy he recuperado un dibujo antiguo, nada más y nada menos que del 2007. La verdad es que he ido cambiando el estilo desde entonces.

Es un dibujo que publicamos en la guía sobre ISO 20000 en el 2009.

Por aquella época nos preguntábamos quién acreditaba a los consultores ISO 20000, cuando todavía no había demasiada experiencia. SUpongo que es algo que se repetirá hoy en días, con cualquier ISO nueva.

Today I have recovered an ancient drawing, nothing more and nothing less than from 2007. The truth is that I've changed the style since then.
It is a drawing that we published in ISO 20000 guide in 2009.
By this time, we wondered who  accredited the consultants ISO 20000, when there was not too much experience. I guess that it is something that will be repeated nowadays, with any new ISO.

Me ha tocado un Audi

La verdad es que cada vez que te toca pasar una auditoría, piensas que todo está bien, y que va a ser una pérdida de tiempo, pero la realidad es que siempre se encuentra algo que te ayuda a mejorar.

El hecho de analizar las cosas desde un punto de vista diferente, te ayuda a ver, aquello que habitualmente no miras, porque das por hecho que está bien.

The truth is that every time you have to pass an audit, you think everything is fine, and it will be a waste of time, but the reality is that there is always something that helps you to improve.
The fact of analyzing things from a different point of view, it helps you to see, what we usually do not look, because you assume it's okay.

Soporte 24x7

Este dibujo que pongo hoy, es sólo para mayores de 18 años.... de experiencia en departamentos de help desk, o similar.

Creo que todos hemos sufrido alguna vez el tener que llamar a un teléfono de soporte 24 horas, y que una persona muy amable nos conteste, nos escuche, y que no nos resuelva nada.

Este es mi homenaje a esos centros de soporte

This drawing I put today, is only for people over 18 years .... of experience in help desk departments, or similar.
I think everyone has suffered ever having to call a phone support 24 hours, and a very kind person answers us, hears us , and does not resolved anything to us.
This is my tribute to these support centers.

El otro día en un pequeño debate sobre Time to Market, se me ocurrió este dibujo.

Dado que estaba en unas jornadas fuera de España, directamente lo hice en Inglés, para que lo pudieran ver todos los asistentes.

Tengo un par de dibujos sobre formación, y he pensado que hoy era un buen momento, tras unas reuniones que estoy manteniendo con una serie de personas muy heterogéneas.

¿Es suficiente con la formación que se recibe, para enfrentarse al mercado laboral, o se necesita algo más, que no se enseña en los colegios o universidades?

Claramente, gran parte del conocimiento tiene que ponerlo el propio interesado.

I have a couple of drawings on training, and I thought that now was a good time, to publish them, after a few meetings I am having with a number of very heterogeneous people.

Is it enough with the training received, to face the labor market, or you need something more, that is not taught in schools or universities?

Clearly, much of the knowledge has to be put by the person concerned.
