Nos acercamos al fin de año, y a la tradicional cena de Nochevieja, donde un año más, nos tomaremos las uvas para que el año que viene sea mejor que el pasado. Este fin de año viene acompañado de medidas anticrisis, que más bien podríamos denominarlas de crisis, porque lo que vamos a ver es como se reduce nuestro nivel adquisitivo, gracias a los nuevos impuestos y subidas de otros, que nos harán la vida un poco más complicada.

"Darla con queso" es una expresión utilizada antiguamente, para vender vino no muy bueno a gente no muy experta. Les daban queso fuerte para que el sabor del vino picado no se notara tanto.

Creo que más de uno en el congreso va a tener que tomar queso fuerte, para poder tragar con lo que van a tener que tragar, pero no hablemos de política, que mis chistes son muy serios.

Hoy hablamos del azúcar, otro de los alimentos que han subido de forma desorbitada en los últimos meses. Es un alimento básico que seguirá subiendo, como el malestar de los ciudadanos, que ya han visto como se materializa el despilfarro en la traducción en el congreso, para que sus señorías puedan entender lo que dice el resto, gracias a que se lo traducen al castellano.

Por cierto, como ciudadano interesado en lo que dicen los políticos, reivindico que quiero un pinganillo como los suyos para entender lo que dicen cuando salen en la tele, que a mi edad ya no veo bien, y no puedo seguir los subtítulos. Aunque si puedo escoger, me quedo con la charla de Felipe González y Alfonso Guerra, porque lo que dijeron ayer, lo entendí perfectamente. Es la importancia de hablar claro, y en un idioma universal.

Que suba tanto este producto, encarece otros tantos, además de que las comidas ya no serán tan sanas si empezamos a utilizar otro tipo de aceites. La dieta mediterránea está en peligro.

La inteligencia artificial está llegando poco a poco a nuestras vidas, y multitud de herramientas nos permiten aprovechar sus funcionalidades de una forma global, algo que hasta hace poco sólo estaba al alcance de grandes corporaciones, que lo introducían en su software.

Pero tampoco nos vengamos arriba, la información que nos da, puede no ser veraz, estar manipulada, o ser inexacta.

Por otro lado, puedes pedir información sobre un tema del que no tienes ni idea, e interpretarlo mal, o usarlo en un contexto erróneo.

En mi opinión la IA nos puede ayudar en muchos casos, pero tampoco estará de menos contar con un mínimo de inteligencia personal, para saber interpretar toda la información, así que los burros, están descartados (por el momento).

Elecciones - Deja Vu

Estamos de resaca de elecciones. Nos han fastidiado las vacaciones, nos han hecho pasar un calor insoportable, y al final, igual nos toca volver, pero esta vez en Navidad, en plenas fiestas.

Estamos en empate técnico, y a lo mejor con alguna carambola, conseguimos tener gobierno, pero si no, ya sabemos lo que nos toca. Creo que esto es un "deja vu". Lo mismo que nos tocó vivir hace unos años.

Homenaje a Ibáñez

El sábado pasado, nos dejó el gran Ibáñez. Un creador de historias gráficas de humor, que nos ha hecho reir y leer, a más de uno. Todavía recuerdo uno de mis primeros libros de Mortadelo y Filemón, "Magín el mago". Me lo leí tantas veces que me lo sabía de memoria.

Deja un montón de personajes huérfanos y a un gran número de lectores de todas las edades, que no podrán más que releer los libros existentes. No importa, cada vez que los lees, descubres algo nuevo, porque sus viñetas tienen todo lujo de detalles.

Para alguien como yo, que hace sus pinitos, no me puedo imaginar la de horas que se necesitan para pensar en un sketch y traducirlo a varias decenas de viñetas, cada semana. Mis dibujos no tienen grandes detalles, pero me llevan unos 15 minutos cada uno, más el tiempo que necesitas para pensar el tema, así que haced vuestros cálculos.

De todas formas, igual también debería haber un curso para tener un hijo, o para ser abuelo y no malcriar a los nietos, o para ser un buen amigo. Incluso me faltaría el curso oficial, para poder hacer cursos.

Creo que algunos de nuestros abuelos, sobre todo los que vivían en los pueblos, pensarían que todo esto es una broma.

Esta semana se ha organizado una cumbre con Marruecos de alto nivel, y el Gobierno vuelve a dar la nota. Es difícil, pero con esfuerzo se puede seguir haciendo el ridículo.

Su socio principal le boicotea, la patronal no asiste por pactar la subida del SMI sin contar con ellos, y el rey de Marruecos deja plantado al Presidente por razones que desconocemos, aunque imagino que no les hará ninguna gracia que el socio principal del gobierno les ataque diciendo que no respetan los derechos humanos.

Pero al final nuestro Presidente nos hará gala de su diplomacia, y nos dirá que todo ha ido según lo planeado, sino mejor.

Esta semana ha sido el evento gastronómico de Madrid Fusión. Un lugar para la innovación. La verdad es que este tipo de platos, son para admirar con los 5 sentidos, pero hay que decir también, que muchas veces es poco práctica. Está muy bien para comer un día al año y saborear esos bocados diferentes a lo habitual, pero el día a día es otra cosa. En un mundo en el que la comida rápida forma parte de nuestra alimentación, hacer un guiso como el de nuestras abuelas, es ya un salto cualitativo.

Escuchaba en las noticias que habían preparado en este evento una manzana asada en el a horno a baja temperatura, durante 2 meses. Creo que a veces se nos va la olla.

Al final es capaz de apoyar una cumbre de acuerdo con sus socios, que a su vez están en contra y el Presi lo acepta y lo acata. Para esto, es mejor no hacer nada, o irnos a París a celebrarla, aunque claro el señor Macron también está pasando por un mal momento con su reforma de las pensiones, ...

Ya están aquí de nuevo los Reyes Magos, y con ellos el fin de las fiestas, y el inicio de un nuevo año. Aquellos que se hayan portado bien recibirán sus regalos, como a un compañero con el que llevaba trabajando más de 30 años, que este año, los Reyes le han traído una maravillosa jubilación, y eso que no se portaba tan bien como dice. 

A los demás nos tocará seguir trabajando y portándonos mejor, a ver si un año de estos, los Reyes nos traen un regalo como el suyo. Feliz Año.
