Llevamos un año con una inflación por las nubes, y hoy quería hablar del aceite de oliva virgen extra. Algo que se ha convertido en artículo de lujo. Hace un año una garrafa de 5 litros en oferta de una marca conocida, costaba 14 €, y hoy no baja de 40 €. Lo que es más difícil de entender es que en un país productor de aceite, tengamos que comprar el aceite a un precio superior a países de nuestro entorno, a los cuales exportamos nuestro aceite.
Que suba tanto este producto, encarece otros tantos, además de que las comidas ya no serán tan sanas si empezamos a utilizar otro tipo de aceites. La dieta mediterránea está en peligro.
