Se acabaron las vacaciones, y con ellas la serie sobre la dieta mediterránea, aunque ya tengo tres dibujos más, para continuarla el año que viene.

Volvemos a la normalidad, y tendremos que volver a hacer buenos propósitos, para solventar los excesos del verano.

Hoy seguimos con la serie sobre la dieta y las vacaciones, y haremos un homenaje a los espetos de sardinas, tan típicos en estas fechas veraniegas, en los chiringuitos de playa.

Pero no olvidemos que es un suma y sigue, y que cuando volvamos nuestra balanza de baño nos dará un disgusto.

Estas vacaciones he podido comprobar la fuerza de voluntad de muchas personas a la hora de comer en un buffet. Son capaces de moderarse en las salsas, en las carnes, comer más ensalada, ..., pero cuando llega el postre, eso ya son palabras mayores. Es el momento de la transformación, y donde uno se olvida de las dietas.

These holidays I have seen the willpower of many people at lunch time. They are able to moderate in sauces, on meats, eat more salad, ... but when the dessert arrives, it is too big. It is the moment of transformation, and where one forgets diets.

La verdad es que las vacaciones siempre son una fuente de inspiración, para hacer dibujos. No hay más que sentarse en el buffet, o en la piscina y esperar a que aparezca la anécdota.

Ya se que es difícil resistirse en los buffets de los hoteles, pero como no tengamos un poco de voluntad, a la vuelta nos va a pesar la conciencia y los kilos.

Nos vamos de viaje

Hace unas semanas estuve de viaje en Francia, y fui con un compañero. La verdad es que las veces que hemos ido a este tipo de viajes juntos, siempre nos hemos encontrado con algún problema.

Si no pillamos una huelga de controladores, nos toca huelga de trenes, así que le dediqué este dibujo. Esta vez además, tuvimos que hacernos unos cuantos kilómetros en un Smart, porque no había mas coches debido a las huelgas. Una aventura.

A few weeks ago I was traveling in France, and I went with a partner. The truth is that all the times we have gone to this type of travel together, we have always found a problem.

When we do not have a flight controllers strike, we have a train strike, so I dedicated this picture. This time also, we had to drive some kilometers in a Smart because there was not any other car due to strikes. An adventure.
