Adiós al descuento de la gasolina, cuando todavía sigue por las nubes. Aunque llega una rebaja del IVA en algunos alimentos que igual dura un par de semanas, porque en cuanto consigan bajar el IPC al 5,5%, nos lo quitarán de nuevo.

Mientras, y para conseguir estas bajadas de precio o eliminación de descuentos, miles de empresas tienen que trabajar contrarreloj para poner los sistemas al día, pero en fin, que va a saber el gobierno de lo que significa "trabajar".

En cualquier caso, que nadie se equivoque, lo que nos dan con una mano, se lo llevan, multiplicado por dos, con la otra.

Malos tiempos para Papa Noel o los Reyes. Unos con renos y otros con camellos, pero el maltrato animal está ahí presente. Eso sin contar con que vienen cargados de juguetes y no llevan unas luces para señalizar la altura de la carga. Además los elfos y pajes tienen contratos precarios, de un día o unas horas. Y mejor no hablar de la cuota ...Si además añadimos el delito de allanamiento de morada y el de corrupción, dado que se dejan sobornar por unas copas de licor y unos dulces navideños (aunque creo que esto último ya no es tanto delito), me parece que va siendo hora de hacer algo. Espero que este gobierno serio que tenemos, pueda acabar con esta tradición, antes de terminar su legislatura.

Un día de esta semana, estaba esperando a mi mujer en la recepción de un edificio, echando un vistazo a mis emails en el móvil. De repente se oyó un estruendo, y cuando me di la vuelta, me percate de la situación. Una lámpara de gran tamaño se había descolgado del techo, a una considerable altura, y había caído a 20 cm. de donde yo estaba. Un poco más cerca, y hoy no habría dibujo que publicar.

La vida pasa demasiado rápida, y nunca sabes cuando te llega el momento. Lo importante es disfrutar de cada día, porque la suerte, está echada.

La gasolina sigue subiendo, sin que se vea el final del túnel. Algo parecido a lo que pasa con el gas, cuantas más ayudas, más sube. Algo se debe estar haciendo mal, porque tanta mala suerte no pueden tener.

Pero volviendo a las gasolineras, se agradece el guante de plástico para no mancharnos las manos, aunque en estos tiempos, un dispensador de antidepresivos, también sería de agradecer.

Aunque pensábamos que el problema de suministro de chips sería pasajero, todo parece indicar que se va a agravar. Conseguir cierto tipo de dispositivos, cada vez se hace más complicado. Como todo depende de la electrónica, al final el mercado se resiente, y los precios suben. Los coches de segunda mano, valen como los nuevos, pero si no puedes esperar 8 meses, tienes que pillar lo que encuentras. La renovación de algunos equipos informáticos se complica, y suben los mantenimientos. Esperemos que estos contratiempos se solucionen, y podamos volver, por fin, a la puñetera normalidad de antes.

Seguimos con el tema de Pegasus y los virus informáticos.

Hoy quería explicar como detectar si nos ha entrado un troyano. Puedo entender que no todo el mundo tiene mi experiencia en el tema, dado que llevo casi 40 años trabajando en el mundo de la informática, pero si aparece un tipo con escudo, lanza y/o espada, casi seguro que es un Troyano, y aunque a veces pueda confundirse con un Griego o un Romano, al menos debe hacernos sospechar.

We continue with the theme of Pegasus and computer viruses.

Today I wanted to explain how to detect if a Trojan has entered us. Por suerte, la mayoría de los mortales no somos  tan importantes como para que nos instalen un software como ese, pero hay muchos otros que pueden hacernos daño. Por eso hay que tener mucho cuidado con los links que aparecen en mails, SMS, Whatsapp, etc. A la menor duda, mejor no pinchar. Si es un SMS o un mail de nuestro banco, mejor vamos a la aplicación para comprobarlo, pero no pinchemos el link.

Parece que esta semana se aprueba la limitación del coste del gas, a la hora de generar electricidad. Al final serán 50 € el Mwh. Lo que no está claro todavía es como se va a pagar esa limitación, porque gratis no hay nada. Esperemos no tener que decir eso de "más vale lo malo conocido, ..."

It seems that this week the limitation of the cost of gas is approved, when it comes to generating electricity. In the end it will be €50 per Mwh. What is not yet clear is how this limitation is going to be paid for, because there is nothing for free. Let's hope we don't have to say that "better the devil you know,..."

Seguimos con el problema de los precios de la energía, y para intentar bajarlos está en marcha la operación topo, es decir, topar el precio del gas para que baje la factura de la luz.

El problema de los políticos, al igual que los topos, es que son cortos de vista, y veremos si al final no pasa lo de siempre. Nos bajan el precio del gas, pero nos suben otra cosa, con lo cual pagamos lo mismo, sino más, y encima contentos por bajarnos el gas.

Sólo hay que mirar lo que ha pasado con la gasolina.

Con los últimos cambios educativos, la historia se reduce a los dos últimos siglos, en bachillerato. Creo que la incultura es una enfermedad crónica que nos puede llevar al olvido y a repetir los errores del pasado, porque no tendremos conocimiento para evitarlos. Aquello que nos decían nuestros maestros y nuestro abuelos sobre que "el saber no ocupa lugar", ha pasado a mejor vida.

Entre la huelga de transporte y las compras compulsivas, como si no hubiera un mañana, estos días estamos viendo algunos establecimientos con falta o escasez de productos.

Una huelga que según el gobierno está promovida por la ultraderecha, y que cuando estaban en la oposición, la promovían los trabajadores explotados en defensa de sus derechos. Yo más bien creo que estamos gobernados por los ultracenutrios, que son incapaces de tomar decisiones, no vaya a ser que peligren sus puestos.

Si alguno de vosotros recibe estos productos en vuestras casas, ya no se podrá quejar, puesto que si dais la luz, o ponéis la calefacción será bajo vuestra responsabilidad, además de ser una medida totalmente insolidaria.

El coste de la energía sigue sin tocar techo, pero los problemas para llegar a fin de mes ya han tocado fondo. Gas y luz por las nubes hacen difícil poder vivir con normalidad en tu propia casa, y el coste de la gasolina hace muy costoso el transporte para ir a trabajar. Con el fin del invierno, tendremos un pequeño respiro, pero como no se estabilice la situación, el año que viene lo vamos a pasar muy mal.

Hoy no tengo palabras.

Creo que es el primer dibujo que publico, que tiene color, y que no tiene palabras.

Es un dibujo que lleva rondándome por la cabeza varios días. Un pequeño homenaje a todas esas personas que están sufriendo en Ucrania en estos momentos, por las ambiciones de un loco. 

Alguien que quiere demostrar que la tiene más grande, y la tiene, me refiero a su locura, y por ello, otros tienen que sufrir sus consecuencias.

Personalmente creo que están sufriendo dos pueblos. Unos se ven obligados a defender su tierra y su familia, con ciudades destruidas, un éxodo masivo, familias separadas, civiles caídos, incluyendo niños. Otros son enviados  para matar o morir, por orden de alguien que está cómodamente en su sofá.

Hoy las bombas que golpean a los Ucranianos en sus ciudades, a nosotros nos golpean en el corazón.

No podemos entender esta sinrazón, no podemos creer las barbaridades que estamos viendo, nos vemos impotentes y solo podemos apoyar con nuestra ayuda solidaria por pequeña que sea.

No sé como expresar lo que siento, no sé cómo explicar lo que veo, por eso hoy, no tengo palabras.

Today I have no words.

I think it is the first drawing that I publish, that has color, and that has no words.

It is a drawing that has been going around in my head for several days. A small tribute to all those people who are suffering in Ukraine right now, because of the ambitions of a madman.

Someone who wants to show that he has it bigger, and he has it, I mean his madness, and for that, others have to suffer its consequences.

I personally believe that two peoples are suffering. Some are forced to defend their land and family, with cities destroyed, a mass exodus, families separated, fallen civilians, including children. Others are sent to kill or be killed, on the orders of someone sitting comfortably on their couch.

Today the bombs that hit the Ukrainians in their cities hit us in the heart.

We cannot understand this unreason, we cannot believe the barbarities we are seeing, we see ourselves powerless and we can only support with our supportive help no matter how small.

I don't know how to express what I feel, I don't know how to explain what I see, that's why today, I have no words.

Esta semana nos hemos encontrado con un vuelco en la cúpula del Partido Popular, y todo por sacar unos trapos sucios, que quizás debieran haberse investigado en interno, antes de hacerlos públicos. No han sabido medir bien las consecuencias, y se han comportado como en un patio de colegio. No es la primera vez que vemos este tipo de situaciones. Lo vimos en el PSOE hace dos años, con su guerra interna, con Podemos en varias ocasiones, etc.

La semana pasada hablaba de la diferencia entre políticos y para-líticos. Cada vez se me despejan más las dudas.

They have not known how to measure the consequences well, and their behaviour is like children in a schoolyard. It is not the first time that we see this type of situation. We saw it in the PSOE two years ago, with its internal war, with Podemos on several occasions, etc.

Last week I was talking about the difference between politicians and para-liticians. My doubts are clearing up more and more.

Finalizadas las elecciones en Castilla y León, llega el momento de formar un gobierno autonómico. A la vista de las declaraciones de esta semana basadas en el ya famoso "Y tú más" , no parece que vaya a ser sencillo.

Me he acordado de un dibujo de hace unos cuantos años, donde describía este tipo de situaciones, y que a la vez quería mandar un guiño a nuestros grandes deportistas.

Ahora sólo queda esperar, para comprobar si tenemos políticos o para-líticos.

Vaya lío en la votación de la semana pasada en el Congreso. 

Unos que dicen que si, y al final es que no, y otro que se confunde al votar.

Y al final, la culpa es de los informáticos. Creo que un requisito mínimo para llegar a ser político, debería ser leer con cierta soltura, para interpretar bien las letras.

Aunque lo que realmente da miedo es pensar, que si se confunden entre un sí y un no, que pasará cuando tengan que negociar unos presupuestos llenos de números. Así nos va.

What a mess in last week's vote in Congress.

La sexta ola

Parece que la sexta ola está remitiendo, aunque muy lentamente, y todavía con muchos contagios diarios, y lo que es peor, de fallecidos.

Menos mal que tenemos memoria de pez, y olvidaremos estas cifras enseguida, lo malo es que cuando llegue la séptima ola, nos volveremos a preguntar qué estamos haciendo mal.

Nadal ha vuelto

Nadal ha vuelto. Nos ha deleitado con un partidazo que le ha llevado a la cima del tenis, después de pensar en retirarse hace unos meses.

La capacidad de superación, de sufrimiento, de no rendirse nunca, que tiene Nadal son increíbles. Nunca da nada por perdido, a pesar de que lo tenía bastante perdido. Pero allí estaba Rafa para demostrarnos que estábamos equivocados, y hacer historia.

Nadal is back. He has delighted us with a great game that has taken him to the top of tennis, after thinking about retiring a few months ago.

The ability to overcome, to suffer, to never give up, that Nadal has are incredible. He never gives anything up for lost, even though he had it pretty lost. But Rafa was there to prove us wrong, and make history.
