Con la llegada de los Reyes Magos, damos por finalizadas las Navidades, y arrancamos un nuevo año. De las Navidades ya sólo quedan los recuerdos y los 3 o 4 kilos que de media hemos engordado, según dicen los nutricionistas. Así que es hora de ponerse las pilas, si no queremos llegar a la operación bikini enseñando las lorzas. Buena suerte. y buen año.
