Reunión de la junta de ITSMF

Esta semana hemos tenido junta de itSMF. Una reunión muy interesante donde hemos debatido entre los miembros de la junta y los patrocinadores, donde hay que ahondar en el 2014.
Cuales son las necesidades de la organización, de los patrocinadores, de las universidades y de los clientes, que nos permitan seguir con la misión de difundir conocimiento.

Como hemos quedado a la hora de comer, Luis para innovar nos ha llevado a un taller de cocina, para aprender a hacer sushi. Hemos preparado nuestros hosomakis y uramakis, y nos los hemos comido, aunque no estoy muy seguro de que hubieran pasado la ISO 9000.

This week we have had an itSMF board meeting. A very interesting one where we discussed among board members and sponsors, where we have to deepen in 2014.

What are the needs of the organization, sponsors, universities and customers, allowing us to continue with the mission of spreading knowledge.

As we have been at lunchtime, Luis for innovation has led us to a cooking workshop to learn how to make sushi. We have prepared our hosomakis and uramakis, and we have eaten them after, although I'm not sure that would have passed ISO 9000.

El valor de las marcas

Hoy quería hablar de la importancia de las marcas. De como pueden llegar a ser un icono, e incluso llamar a ciertos productos genéricos con el nombre la propia marca. No es algo que ocurra sólo en tecnología, pero resulta curioso.

Las Navidades se han acabado, y volvemos a la normalidad. Los grandes portales de Internet han recibido muchas visitas de observadores o compradores, y como todos los años, aquellos que no estaban preparados, se han visto sobrepasados, y han sufrido problemas.

La luz por las nubes

Estos últimos días se ha hablado mucho de la subida de la luz, de las razones que provocan las subida, de los "culpables".

Al final con tanta estrategia tendremos que estar contentos de que sólo suba un 3% y no un 11%

Ya estamos otra vez en Navidad, y la próxima semana los niños esperarán impacientes la llegada de sus regalos.

Ayer estuve en un evento de seguridad en "cloud", y tratamos de diversos temas. Una de las claves de este tipo de entornos era la ausencia de puertas traseras, así que se me ocurrió este dibujo.

Yesterday I was in an event about security in "cloud", and we spoke about different issues. One of the keys to this type of environment was the lack of backdoors, so I came up with this drawing.
