Aunque hagamos dietas, está muy bien ser amable con todo el mundo, pero tener en cuenta que eso no forma parte de la dieta. Mejor "saludar" a la comida menos saludable, y comer otra cosa.

In 2013, I started a series that I called "The Mediterranean Diet." Every year I add new pictures, with the experiences accumulated during the holidays.

Estos últimos días estamos viviendo un incremento en los precios de la luz y de la gasolina, a la par que un aumento dramático de contagios. Lo primero es dinero, y afecta al bolsillo de todos, pero en lo segundo hablamos de vidas, y de secuelas personales.

La gasolina sube todos los veranos, aunque no nos acordemos, pero los contagios suben cada vez que relajamos las medidas, y nos toca volver a empezar. 

El hombre es el único animal que tropieza dos veces en la misma piedra, ¡pero cinco ...!

El otro día en un programa de coches, oí hablar de los SUV normales. Me impactó oírlo, aunque se refiriera a algo tan banal como un automóvil.

Esta palabra era muy común cuando los de mi edad éramos pequeños, pero afortunadamente ya no la utilizamos en el contexto que se hacía entonces. La sociedad ha avanzado mucho en este aspecto.

The other day on a car show, were talking about normal SUVs. I was shocked to hear it, even if it referred to something as banal as a car.

This word was very common when those of my age were little, but fortunately we do not use it in the context that was done then. Society has come a long way in this regard.
